Shipping Within Australia

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $75.
Your order will be processed and dispatched the same day and shipped via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times:
• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

International Shipping

At this stage, Frezie ships within Australia only.

Order Changes

Need to update your address or order details?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@frezie.com.au

Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and any photos (if applicable).
We’ll look into it right away and make things right as quickly as possible.
