Returns

At Frezie, we want you to love your products as much as we do!
Because our items are used for food and come with reusable parts, we’re
unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind for hygiene reasons.

But if something arrives damaged or not quite right, we’ll always make it right for you.

If your order arrives damaged

Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel so we can organise a replacement.

1. Your order number
2. A quick description of what happened
3. A photo of the item

We’ll take care of the rest!

Change of mind

Because our products are designed for food contact and include reusable sticks and components, we’re unfortunately unable to offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind.
