Mango Sunshine Pops

Bright, tropical and naturally refreshing, these creamy mango pops taste like summer on a stick!

Ingredients

  • Flesh of 1 whole ripe mango
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
  • 1½ cups coconut water

Method

  1. Add the mango flesh, Greek yoghurt and coconut water to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and silky.
  3. Pour the mixture into Frezie moulds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely set.

Tip: For extra creaminess, add another tablespoon of yoghurt, or squeeze in a little lime juice for a zesty twist!
