Mango Sunshine Pops
Bright, tropical and naturally refreshing, these creamy mango pops taste like summer on a stick!
Ingredients
- Flesh of 1 whole ripe mango
- 3 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
- 1½ cups coconut water
Method
- Add the mango flesh, Greek yoghurt and coconut water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and silky.
- Pour the mixture into Frezie moulds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely set.
Tip: For extra creaminess, add another tablespoon of yoghurt, or squeeze in a little lime juice for a zesty twist!
