Choccy Pops

Our favourite!

These fudgy chocolatey pops are packed with hidden goodness but taste so delicious kids love them!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ⅓ cup cacao powder
  • ⅓ cup milk of choice
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon or pour the mixture evenly into Frezie popsicle moulds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely firm.
