Berry Happy Pops
A fruity strawberry pop finished with a hint of coconut sweetness.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Method
- Add the strawberries, coconut cream, honey and vanilla to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture evenly into Frezie popsicle moulds.
- Freeze for 6 hours, or until completely set.
Tip: For a layered look, pour in the strawberry mixture first, then add a little extra coconut cream and gently swirl.
